What do you like most?
The user-friendly platform makes it easy to create and send attractive newsletters. With comprehensive analysis tools and the interface to the PMS, Smarthost also offers valuable insights into reader behavior, which helped me to specifically optimize my marketing strategies. Thanks to its reliable technology and excellent support, Smarthost is my first choice when it comes to effective email marketing.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There should also be the option to insert videos into the newsletters. It would be nice if it were possible for the guests' stated preferences and characteristics to be automatically adopted in the PMS.
