What do you like most?
I like the continued support of my account manager which embraces my goals and assists with the strategies we must set. Every month this year we managed to increase the rates, keep having positive reviews, and have excellent results in terms of occupancy and ADR and REVPAR.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
At the moment I have nothing to report for possible improvements or changes, as I have a small property and the system is easy to use and brings results. I am also waiting for the new upcoming features that will start in next quarter.
