What do you like most?
One of the standout features of SabeeApp is its automation capabilities. Tasks that used to take hours are now completed in minutes, freeing up our staff. The channel manager integration is easy to use and works great, ensuring our availability and pricing are always up-to-date. Customer support has been excellent as well. The team is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us get the most out of the platform. All in all for us the biggest advantage of using this software is their continuous effort to develop a product that not only makes it easier for the team to work but also helps us optimize our labor force by automating repetitive tasks, allowing our team to focus more on what matters most—our guests.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
For larger hotels with more advanced reporting needs, the software may lack some features at the moment. However, the management is always open to new ideas, and I am confident they will improve in no time.
