What do you like most?
The scenario answer perfectly to the request of the client. We can update the scenario in regards of the period of the year. This is genial, Since the beginning with quick text we had a very good training and follow up with the team and this is very important for an independent hotel as us. The set up was easy and very well done. Every month we have a nice follow with the team to check what we can improved or changes to made the tools even better. We also since few year took the solution to put quick text en booking.com to save some time to our staff and make their working day easier. The goal was also to be more efficient to answer the client quickly and correctly. For the moment the tools give us entire satisfaction and we hope it will continue like this. We setup the tools on all our hotel as it was very nice for the client. Velma is doing a good job, and thanks to this we notice less request by email or by phone ...so less question for the staff in direct. The tool always if very nice to update our FAQ on our website and thank to this we can have a better place on google.com. and for 2 independent hotels this is very very important.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Nothing this is just perfect !!! If you still continue to improved at it is now this is perfect for us. The only thing perhaps that can be done is to made the back office more user friendly for the new staff, but this is a small point as it is already good. I would also love to have twice a year an appointment on site with the team to make a global point of the year. Example before the season and after the season ... to check with them what we can improve to be more performant with Velma. We wait for the next coming info on quick text. It will be good for example to have some statistic every month sent directly on our email to know the statistic of our velma !
