What do you like most?
Hotelogix support for frontdesk staff defies logic, with average response times being under 20 seconds. For more complicated issues, you are invited to contact the Support email and your account manager who then do the work required in the background. Our manager is called Sonu, whose level of service is off the scale. Through Whatsapp he instantly setsup the changes, like packages, edits, property rate uploads, anything he has done is superfast. In this day and age that level of service is very rare and is a complete tribute to his professionalism and dedication to the job. Overall, we are loving the software, its stability, its fully integrated sales ledger, which has transformed the way our business operates. Five stars all round!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The videos are great as they appear on Youtube, but could be expanded with the latest version of the software. The ability to DNR a whole date with one button would be fantastic. When inputting a tour series of identical rooms, rates and with one corporate, it would be fantastic to be able to copy paste a whole reservation of rooms onto new dates!
