What do you like most?
SmartHost is extremely easy to use and has a huge number of direct bookings. We didn't expect such a quick success. Plus a fast, helpful, competent support team.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We haven't been using it for long. All the functions we've used so far have worked flawlessly, so I can only report positive things.
