What do you like most?
I think it's great that you get such wonderful answers straight away. Especially with bad guest reviews, where you probably wouldn't answer so nicely yourself
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Since I work with 2 hotels through Mara and the reviews are always mixed up, it would be cool if either Team Banter Hof or Team Wilhelms Haven Hotel could be automatically entered
