What do you like most?
We receive at least 10 feedbacks from guests every day, which must be answered within a maximum of 48 hours. Mara is user-friendly and you can have a personalized response tailored to the guest's comments in a matter of seconds. You save a lot of time with the platform, which is also very helpful when you are lacking inspiration.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It happens that all of the guest's negative and positive comments are taken over "word for word" in the answer, which I personally find a bit cumbersome. For example: we are pleased that you were happy about the sweet surprise in the room, that you found the pillow comfortable... but are sorry to learn that the tomato sauce with your pasta was too spicy, that there was no salt on the table, and that you preferred freshly squeezed fruit juice have had.
