What do you like most?
Uncomplicated collaboration, easy to use -> can therefore also be used by team members in the front office and not just at the management level, no training is required to use Mara, AI learns when you feed it with data, effective quick answers to all reviews - a lot of time savings
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Reporting in the background can be even more detailed, so that monthly and annual evaluations can also be drawn. Invitation does not go out when a new employee is created - the employee always has to be forgotten on PW.
