What do you like most?
Customer Alliance offers a user-friendly platform that helps us to efficiently manage our guest reviews and to increase our guest's satisfaction in a targeted manner. The ability to centrally bundle and evaluate reviews from different channels is particularly impressive. The automated processes save a huge amount of time and the analysis tools provide valuable insights into how we can improve. Special praise goes to our account manager Philipp. Philipp has provided us with excellent support from the very beginning and is always available to help and advise us when we have questions or challenges.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The integration into existing systems could be made a little smoother in some areas. We would also like to see more customization options for the widgets on your own website so that you can make them even more individual.
