What do you like most?
A great tool to have, simple and helpful specially it had not only made my job easier but I have been able to delegate many of my responsabilities to ther rest of the team knowing that the review was going to be written properly. Offered a more creative way to reply in a positive was avoiding repeating everytime the same answere so it looks genuine and natural.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
A the moment I get everything I need. Sometimes it is true that I want to get more in depth in to the respond because the guest is not publishing the correct information. Therefore, even if I try to look at different versions I need to modify your suggestions but you positive manners help me to wrap the whole review in a positive and respecful way. Perhaps it would be helpful if the review you suggest is not so objective and supports the guest response. This could be another option in case you wish to reply back with a more precise way. However in a nutshell Mara has really improved and helped this task.
