What do you like most?
I am happy to share our exceptional experience with Hotellab, a totally customizable system with many features and accurate forecasts. After some educational and performance calls we were ready to use it without problems and the algorithm started providing the best possible rate recommendations which led to a significant increase in ADR and revenue.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Hotellab every quarter releases new features and updates which is great. Thus there is nothing at the moment that I dislike.
