What do you like most?
I like that it is very easy to get good responses to any review. I did not have a single reply I couln´t use. Review analisys are good and comparing hotels too. Since I use MARA we have 100% response rate and improve our speed scores on OTAs like Expedia.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Sometimes the system is instable. Not a big deal, as a reload mostly solves the issue. It would be great to have the choice of how the anwer is written (formal, casual). Even though analisys is good, you could go deeper into this toppic.
