What do you like most?
Closeness to the customer - if there are any technical problems, SmartHost is there immediately - you have the feeling of working on an equal footing. The offer module is our favorite, it enables direct booking with a wow effect for the hotel guest - an experience even before the vacation begins. The campaign module with its occupancy overview "at a glance" has replaced our old newsletter system and enables us to get an idea of ​​what our work brings - in EURO!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
If SmartHost is ever able to store option bookings in the PMS, that would be the icing on the cake for our 4 resorts.
