What do you like most?
The team from revcontrol offers great support, besides that the dashboard and the whole platform is very user friendly. It is also easy to customize reports.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
An automated email with a customized report for the management team would be great. I would also suggest to plan a meeting every 6 months to update the client about upgrades to the tool and perhaps some suggestions on how they could improve and whether they are making use of all the benefits of the system.
