What do you like most?
Thanks to the technology and support provided by Blastness we have been able to optimise our room distribution and rate strategies. Their RMS is very powerful and uses AI to analyse multiple data sources to always give us accurate rate suggestions, we have been using it a lot! I’m also really excited to try out their new autopilot feature. We are also really happy with the website they created for us, beautiful design and has contributed to a higher conversion in direct bookings.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be great if they had more integrations with other providers, for example review management systems and guest management. Although maybe that’s possible now that they recently released their proprietary, I haven’t tried it yet.
