Fast, easy and intuitive handling, automatic translations, look & feel, good, helpful and easily accessible support, and responsiveness to special customer requests
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Integration of the data back into the hotel program, accuracy when following up (reservations outside of Smarthost are not taken into account during follow-up, which leads to misunderstandings with the guest
