What do you like most?
Controlling rates (arrangements/packages) with scripts,SiHOT Web XML interface,Flexibility of Autoupdate Channel Manager, flexibility of reservation management, search engine of reservation.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
In PMS handling of groups/blocks - user friendlier GUI, managing SiHOT Web restrictions also in fat client, Remove Rate Segment logic from rate definitions its useless. integration with GDS through Autoupdate CHM.
