What do you like most?
Mara safes time and costs. Before we were just trying to answer everything because we could manage the volume of responses. Now we are reading and answering really every guests comment.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Sometimes the wording could be improved. The German translation could be improved as well. There you have a very rare chance that the answer is not really what do you need. Than you slightly have to adjust the guests feedback to get better results.
