What do you like most?
What I like best is that it is uncomplicated and very simple. Everything is very clear and easy to understand. The guests understand it very quickly too.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Have a spell checker integrated directly into the correspondence. From time to time the program "hangs"; and shows errors, but these are quickly corrected by the team
