What do you like most?
We totally recommend hotellab. With this Revenue Management System we solved our pricing strategy problems in a very demanding market with large competition, like the Santorini ones. With proper Rate Recommendations we managed to stay competitive in the market and increase our ADR and Occupancy. Huge thanks to our account manager who was next to us all the time, even after going live with the platform.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We noticed some minor bugs but were fixed in no time. Support is also responding very fast and solving any issues in no time.
