What do you like most?
- Good connection to the hotel program - Great marketing tool - If you have any questions, someone is always available and any problems can be solved quickly and easily.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The only thing that comes to mind is that it would be practical if you could edit the guest data on the Smart Host page/platform, as this sometimes does not match the guest data (e.g. years of stay for regular guests).
