What do you like most?
When there was a problem, the hotel contacted support and received quick assistance, solutions, and advice, which enabled the work to proceed correctly.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would like to recommend having a 24-hour Thai-speaking staff because if we have problem after hours, you must contact an English-speaking staff only.
