What do you like most?
What I really liked was the accuracy of forecast and the very good Rate Recommendations/Rate shopper for coming 365 days. The recently launched feature of Seasons helped a lot with organising better the seasonality and strategies. It was also a nice surprise that system can also calculate the commissions and expenses and present the rooms profit.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It is my first RMS and I cannot think of anything that could be improved, as at the moment I am fully satisfied.
