What do you like most?
I think it makes it much easier to create newsletters and campaigns. The offers are also beautifully designed and easy to create. The templates that have already been created are great!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
In my opinion, more extensive offers are still a bit confusing. Some guests are sometimes not familiar with the area and prefer to book by phone or have to ask for help by email. For larger offers, I personally always prefer to use Elite because it is simply more practical. However, I have heard that there are still some improvements to be made.
