What do you like most?
The software is easy to use. I haven't experienced bugs, glitches, or downtime. And what information I can't find in "help" Youtube videos, I'm always given real-time assistance by the hotelogix support team. And that's very comforting.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I can't think of anything to improve at this time. Maybe more verbal communication in youtube 'help" videos would be useful.
