What do you like most?
I like that the system uses not only hotels, but also apartment rentals to analyze the market. Rate updates save us a lot ok time and the report help with planning and budgeting.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I think that rate recommendations and forecast could be updated for more times that 2 per day, such automation would be helpful for hotels that can sell out very quickly
