What do you like most?
The clarity. MARA has a very simple and easy-to-understand layout and hardly needs any explanations. The functions are also great. Everything works very well, the wording is easy to understand and not too pretentious. The inbox is also really very useful, as you can see all the reviews at a glance and you can respond directly from MARA. The biggest advantage in this area is that the reviews are uploaded to MARA very quickly and the response is sent in real time, so there are no delays.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
A direct connection with Expedia would be ideal and small details about information on Booking.com would be very helpful. Otherwise, MARA is constantly evolving and keeps releasing many useful features.
