What do you like most?
The direct, friendly customer service, the constant development, the immediate help with questions and great training/meeting offers! It doesn't take long for inquiries to be responded to and contact by phone is also good! We are very satisfied and can see that the opening rate of our newsletter is high, which is also due to the fact that the design is so easy to create!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Nothing, in my opinion Smart Host is developing well and quickly and is able to identify and correct sources of error themselves. Because they are always attentive to our feedback, you feel noticed.
