What do you like most?
Hotellab is not a black box. It gives you the ability to customize the algorithm and system according to your needs. User-driven strategies that allow us to input our own strategies that the system translates into actionable tactics. Multi-night rate shopper is included in their package.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Reporting/BI is there, but could be improved. As far as I know, Hotellab is working intensively on adding new functionalities.
