What do you like most?
This is a comprehensive solution that combines a Property Management System (PMS), Channel Manager, and Booking Engine. By using an all-in-one solution, the risk of overbooking is significantly reduced, as all systems are seamlessly integrated and synchronised. Additionally, the user-friendly interface makes it easy to manage operations, which has contributed to increased revenue and enhanced guest satisfaction. With streamlined processes and efficient management, we have been able to focus more on providing exceptional guest experiences.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Previously, they used a pooled system for customer support, where any available representative would handle inquiries. This approach has now been replaced with a dedicated account manager for each client. This change has significantly improved responsiveness, ensuring that each client receives personalised attention from someone who understands their specific needs. This would have been my only criticism in the past, but since they have addressed this, there is nothing else to say.
