What do you dislike or think could be improved?
When a glitch, bug, or configuration issue arises, the tendency is to avoid accepting responsibility, externalize the problem (by claiming it’s another company’s responsibility or placing the burden on us to solve it), and avoid providing any response in the hope that the issue will be forgotten. This creates unnecessary tension, as after lengthy discussions, the technical service team ultimately acknowledges they were mistaken.
