What do you like most?
The professional language, the quality of the response detailing every response. I could not write the response as good myself and it would take me 15 x longer to create the resonse
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Would be good to have multiple logins on the one account. All reviews are completed using my login, which I then have to give to my recepionists to create the response
