What do you like most?
Since it is my first RMS and I did not have a problem using it, I believe Hotellab is easy to use for everyone. Menu tabs are very clear, and changing prices or sending the rates is also something that you can learn immediately after the first two training calls. In general it saves me time, but the most important is that it generates excellent revenue results.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Sometimes the loading time is kind of needing more time than expected, but this is not something that can negatively affect the use of the system. It could also be my network's problem.
