Account very helpful hotel and support hotel a lot function for increase revenue to yield rate or update allotment for all online travel agent,can request train with system every time. "Site Minder offers many features to increase revenue,
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
When system Siteminder have problem should be send e-mail announce to all hotels. and should be work shop with partner update new produce When the SiteMinder system experiences any issues, an email should be sent to notify all hotels. Additionally, workshops should be held with partners to update them on new products.
