After the Siteminder take over this app (before Guestjoy) all goes really wrong

What do you like most?
Nothing has worked well with the system since the integration with Siteminder. The chatbot is poor, and customer service takes months to address problems, often without resolving them.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We have been a customer of Guestjoy since 2017. The system initially worked well and helped us achieve significant upsales. However, since the integration with Siteminder, our sales have declined. Despite reaching out for assistance, the support team has not provided any effective solutions. We have experienced poor customer service, and the chatbot quality is subpar. Customer support frequently asks irrelevant questions, and there seems to be a lack of knowledge among the staff.
