Question:

What differentiates this product or service from the competition?

Answer:

From the point of view of a third party which has to integrate with them, they make this process very fast and straight forward. There is no previous catalogue synchronisation needed, which takes away a lot of the pain in a process like this.

Answer:

The product is really to use, but in case you have any trouble or any doubts, make sure to contact their customer team. They are very reactive and helpful so you'll never feel like there's nobody on the other side who can help you.

I think if there would be a chat function it would be even better for communication. If the wake-up calls for the hotel guests could also be performed by Hotelkit, that would be awesome

Information and processes are both complete and rather streamlined on Hotelkit but I think the UI has reached a point where it could benefit from a rework.
