From the point of view of a third party which has to integrate with them, they make this process very fast and straight forward. There is no previous catalogue synchronisation needed, which takes away a lot of the pain in a process like this.

The product is really to use, but in case you have any trouble or any doubts, make sure to contact their customer team. They are very reactive and helpful so you'll never feel like there's nobody on the other side who can help you.

Tasks to create checklists which help tremendously to structure the workload and organize the day. Keep updated with news and handovers.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
All employees are automatically subscribed to calendars and are literally spammed with new appointments and their revisions. No notification when clicking on an item on the checklist.

I can see what my employees are working on at any time. The reception can also see the room status at any time. This accelerates the flow of information and the guest can be checked in much more quickly.

The age of the children is not stored. Children are displayed, but not their age. Here it would be cool if an automatic comment would still be visible.
