Hotelkit makes internal communication and task management in hotels extremely efficient. Through our integration, when a guest reports an issue like an AC not working, a ticket is automatically created and seamlessly routed in Hotelkit, ensuring quick resolution and improved guest satisfaction.
We couldn’t be happier with the collaboration between Customer Alliance and HotelKit. Thanks to our API, the integration shows up seamlessly in their fantastic tool, making it easy to coordinate internally. Their support team is outstanding—always quick to respond, even with technical questions. I can honestly say I’d recommend both their tool and their team anytime!
