Answer:

To me, Hotelkit stands out from competition because they gear their features not only to large hotel chains, but also mid-size chains and individual hotels. They streamline operations for the entire market- and successfully so! All of our implemented partner hotels are happy!

completely new level of internal communication, no paper anymore - all information is accessible from everywhere

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

product is improved regularly - do not know what to add. Maybe the search for information on mobile devices could be easier to use...

the communication within our hotels has become much easier and much better with hotelkit. As a GM I love the repair-tool, with all its statistics.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

It is still hard to find older postings, so please improve the searching tool
