What does this product or service do well?

Answer:

Agilysys offers a turnkey PMS solution suite that can be customized to meet each property’s requirements. From working with Agilysys on many different hotel projects (mostly casinos and resorts), we know that Agilysys has a deep knowledge of the hotel market and puts their customers first. They understand the challenges facing the hotel industry and is constantly tweaking and reinventing its PMS offerings to meet the quickly changing market needs.

Question:

What differentiates this product or service from the competition?

Answer:

Since the pandemic started, Agilysys has proven how agile the organization is and the company’s mobile guest app, rGuest Express, is helping hoteliers to reopen safely by delivering a mobile guest journey with contact-free check-in and mobile keys, minimizing in-person contacts and eliminating handling of physical key cards.

Question:

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

The system has a lot of functionality. Invest time to learn and train your hotel staff to maximize your return on investment. Look into how your organization can leverage Agilysys mobile guest app, rGuest Mobile Express to provide a contact-free guest journey.
