Easy to use, after setup procedure, which need attention as with other PMS's. Most things are very intuitiv. New hires benfit of this system. If your used to older PMS's which had the industry standard, you'll find it in the beginning hard to find what you're looking for, just because it's to easy and we are used to work very complicated....
