Answer:

Ask the customer who has Hoteltime what his experience with the system is. A satisfied customer is always the best reference. No advertisement, but a real customer is the result of long-term good work.

It is interactive. Modern solution of software. Great support. Easy to learn how to use theese softwares for our new employees.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Nowadays we are very satisfied with using all softwars from Hotel Time company. All of them (Hotel Time, Vento, Libero) are on very high level.

even though the time zone difference, they get back to you in a day or so. and do the best to solve your problem
