What do you like most?

The service provided by Marek and his team is top notch. It is a very pleasant working relationship, which from experience, is not always the case with other vendors.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

The front office is very good and robust. Improvement could be achieved with further integration of finance and procurement modules.

What do you like most?

The benefits is that the POS is clear and useful and has many functions. It has got very good support.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Could be improved the search for statistics, e.g. sales within certain days and items. Could be integrated a help window.

We like how easy-to-use Vento is. At the same time, it is a great tool that helps us make the right decisions as it has features that simplify the organisation and management of restaurants.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

We are currently very happy with the software so there is nothing I dislike about Vento. Systems improve with regular updates.

Food cost/ beverage cost. Generate guest invoice. Discount. easy to operate. Team support. available all time. Easy to understand. Top job.
