Answer:

HotelTime Solutions PMS is an effective and reliable tool that helps to run a hotel and reduce manual work. It is a user-friendly system, and a big advantage is, it is cloud-based which means that hoteliers don't have to take care of servers or have an IT department.

What differentiates this product or service from the competition?

Answer:

HotelTime Solutions offer software for all services a hotel may offer – accommodation, restaurant, SPA, and conference. Their systems are compatible with each other and able to help with the management of complex properties. The HotelTime provides as well high level of customer care.

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

My advice would be that it is great software. Implementing HotelTime PMS will allow hoteliers to choose their own tech stack which will lead to the reduction of manual work, so hotel staff could focus on guests and provide the best possible services.
