What do you like most?

The tool is very easy to use and has so many ways to use it in everyday work. It is quickly introduced to the staff and soon they will use it automatically.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

It could use a better chat function like whatsapp. That way noone is tempted to use whatsapp anymore and they will only work via hotelkit.

We can contact anybody very fast with our HotelKit. More people bring ideas into the daily business. The parts are very good. News. Timetable. To do's and to repair. We have a documentation for everything...

Can't tell you something right now. They are doing a lot cool things. Alse the last Update with the moments is very cool.
