To me, Hotelkit stands out from competition because they gear their features not only to large hotel chains, but also mid-size chains and individual hotels. They streamline operations for the entire market- and successfully so! All of our implemented partner hotels are happy!

I don't know exactly what could be improved, because it is very easy to use and containts everything, we need for the communication. I have nothing to complain :-)

Great tool to improve quality, communication and workflows. Better handling for changes. Central collection point for knowledge and information.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

There are some minor user interface issues/compatibility issues. As a desktop power user I miss some features in the mobile version.
