Supporting hotels in staff collaboration, engagement, housekeeping, and maintenance. Great how they catch also via API our reviews and feedback to automate the task management and have guest experience at their heart.
Hotelkit helps our shared partner hotels to better manage guest requests, do more efficient staff handovers, and improve processes and knowledge management overall. We especially like the ease of implementation for hoteliers and their great service.
We met hotelkit during a show and the first thing that we liked was the the idea of a commun notification for hotels. The simplification of tools used by hotel is well organized into a clear board. We also loved the fact that their tool is adaptable to our functions and very simple to put it all in place. They also provide with a huge amount of collaborators in many different countries which is perfect for a company to grow.
Hotelkit is a tool that helps hotel structure their internal communications so that if staff members from different areas can collaborate much more efficiently without emails. Hotelkit also provides a consolidated task management software that notifies staff of all customer requests, issues, maintenance issues etc... that require their attention.

There are other tools in the market but not as user friendly and visual as Hotelkit. it also helps tracking the status of requests, repairs and other issues that might emerge within properties of all kind.
Easy to use, great support, and set up for multiple locations. Their team is always available and looking forward to innovating and challenging the status quo. I visited their office in Salzburg during a partner event and I highly recommend to become first their customer, and then visit the HQ.
To me, Hotelkit stands out from competition because they gear their features not only to large hotel chains, but also mid-size chains and individual hotels. They streamline operations for the entire market- and successfully so! All of our implemented partner hotels are happy!
