Lodgistics has been very collaborative, we've asked to be able to attach documents in other sections of the platform, so that we can save other tracking forms used by each hotel

Lodgistics has served our company well and Nadiah and team have provided great service since day 1. We will continue to use Lodgistics for our hotel needs.

I can not think of anything at the current moment. Improvements have been made based on suggestions from the team.

What do you like most?

They listen and implement a lot of our suggestions to make the app even more user friendly. They respond quickly to issues or questions. Lodgistics is the easiest and most user friendly app out there.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

There are differences between the mobile version and desktop version. I often have trouble finding things on the mobile version.

What do you like most?

Super easy to use and the staff love it! Managers, front desk, maintenance... All prefer this over other solutions we've tried.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Would really like the ability to improve housekeeping. That is currently being done on paper and would be a great way to improve the app.

With all of the new updates, Lodgistics is constantly changing to ensure that all of the needs of the hotel is met. On the next update, I would add in more customizable features for some of the PM options...
