There are more and more chat bots becoming available for hotels, so understanding the differences between each one can be a minefield. Their AI is great and is trained by humans that really understand hotels and their guests.

I'd recommend that anyone looking to use a chat bot type service really takes time to understand how the Artificial Intelligence in the platform is able to learn and adapt to their property and guests.

I like the auto response feature of the product. This saves us workload and at the same time it enables real time assistance to more guests.This is a very good use of AI technology.

Very responsive and accommodating to requests! Eager to learn about product selling in order to best leverage the chat bot.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Not much comes to mind, the team has been amazing to work with, quick to responses, and eager to accommodate requests. Perhaps more modern Avatar choices would be nice!

Incredible product and service. Software team is very service focused, and product works great. Immediately saw increase in engagement and conversions upon launch.
