What differentiates this product or service from the competition?

Answer:

The customer support is great! They are willing to work with other vendors to provide data to benefit the mutual customer. The CRM system is also very easy to use and can be used at properties for any size. They also have a very straight-forward pricing structure.

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

The pricing structure is very simple and there is no complexity. The customer support is outstanding which is hard to get from other CRM systems. They also have an API that can be easily be accessed by a user by creating an API key, this allows integrations with other vendors and system.

As a new user the support and response time has been amazing! The training and learning videos are great and I was up and running in no time.

I truly haven’ t found anything to improve upon. We used EVENT temple prior to Covid and knew we wanted to go back to it once given the go ahead. The staff made it extremely easy!
