Event Temple allows the sales team to gain efficiency and time with functionalities that are customizable and ease the overall process as well as making sure all the tasks are managed properly. Having an open API to connect with external softwares is a must.
As someone who has worked in Groups, Concerence, & Events for a branded city center hotel, utilizing Event Temple would've made all the difference - work/life balance would've been much easier to achieve that's for sure. Not only do they have an intuitive UX, they have great flexibility, automation, and service. They're also hungry to innovate and keep up with the market demands.

The customer support is great! They are willing to work with other vendors to provide data to benefit the mutual customer. The CRM system is also very easy to use and can be used at properties for any size. They also have a very straight-forward pricing structure.

The customer support is great! They are willing to work with other vendors to provide data to benefit the mutual customer. The CRM system is also very easy to use and can be used at properties for any size. They also have a very straight-forward pricing structure.
Tool built for the sales team with robust CRM and workflow. Cloud based with many features for a very reasonable price a real quality for value software. The demo test environment is a must to confirm its the right tool.
For one, their connection to the Stayntouch PMS is very strong and they're always willing to enhance that further depending on mutual customer requests. Their team, especially the leadership team, care greatly for their customers and partners - it's really no wonder they have such incredibly low churn (only 3 and those were mainly due to management changes).
The platform is intuitive and easy to use and is backed by a dedicated team! The interface puts everything you need in one place and eliminates time-consuming admin so that your team can get back to doing what they do best – building relationships.
Event Temple is integrated with tech tools, such as email providers and payment systems. Also, hotels have access to a comprehensive report to get actionable insights that help them improve processes as they scale.

Try it, the demo test environment will help you make the proper decision for property. The team is dedicated to make their clients happy. Ask for references and evaluate their pricing structure it really is a return on investment.
For EMEA/UK clients, don't be deterred by the fact that they're a Canadian company with a team predominantly based there for now. The service will not be affected negatively, and they will be ready to help. I also believe they're actively looking to be physically present in the market, which attests to their hunger to grow and cater to their clients (including their EMEA/UK clients).
