Event Temple provide a Venue Management Software that save hoteliers time while creating a better experience for customers. They are used by thousands of hotels and venues all over the world and continue to grow.
Event Temple is an all-in-one event management software that helps venues and hotels manage their events from start to finish. With Event Temple, customers can manage their events more efficiently and effectively.
The Hotel Sales and Catering platform is very sleek and is a SaaS based application. The UI is very intuitive and easy to use. The CRM also has a ton of features to help manage the events efficiently. The is also an API that was recently developed available to integrate with other systems like ProfitSword to provide additional reporting and analytics.
As someone who has worked in Groups, Concerence, & Events for a branded city center hotel, utilizing Event Temple would've made all the difference - work/life balance would've been much easier to achieve that's for sure. Not only do they have an intuitive UX, they have great flexibility, automation, and service. They're also hungry to innovate and keep up with the market demands.

It is the rich integration between Cloudbeds and Event Temple that stands out. together the workflows are significantly streamlined providing real-time feedback and visibility across all tools and services.
Event Temple was recognized as Best Event Management and Best Group Sales for Hotels and Venues in 2021 and 2022. Their system is designed to increase sales, save time and stay on top of M&E business.
The team is very responsive and easy to work with. They are very customer-centric and innovation-driven. They know the hospitality industry well which enables them to provide a tool designed for their customers.
The customer support is great! They are willing to work with other vendors to provide data to benefit the mutual customer. The CRM system is also very easy to use and can be used at properties for any size. They also have a very straight-forward pricing structure.
For one, their connection to the Stayntouch PMS is very strong and they're always willing to enhance that further depending on mutual customer requests. Their team, especially the leadership team, care greatly for their customers and partners - it's really no wonder they have such incredibly low churn (only 3 and those were mainly due to management changes).

The Event Temple team continue to lead the way to manage sales and streamline operations at hotels or venues. As groups and events are coming back strong, having a cloud platform to understanding your meeting business will be critical.
If events and groups are a significant source of revenue for your property, you should definitely consider a technology such as Event Temple to help manage event booking, contracts, event orders, payments, and more.
The pricing structure is very simple and there is no complexity. The customer support is outstanding which is hard to get from other CRM systems. They also have an API that can be easily be accessed by a user by creating an API key, this allows integrations with other vendors and system.
For EMEA/UK clients, don't be deterred by the fact that they're a Canadian company with a team predominantly based there for now. The service will not be affected negatively, and they will be ready to help. I also believe they're actively looking to be physically present in the market, which attests to their hunger to grow and cater to their clients (including their EMEA/UK clients).
