When you launch a new version of your cloud based pms would you not check with all the channel managers if it integrates seamlessly first? We have been having issues for weeks and weeks now. Not impressed

Yuri, Thank you for taking the time to provide a review. When we release new products they are tested extensively and then put through live beta testing as well before a release into our production environment. Our team is working with two different 3rd party vendors on this issue to resolve as quickly as we can.

Room Master is a very easy to learn and straight-forward system. The only thing that prevents me from giving a 10 rather than an 8 is that the stock list of reports is very limited. InnQuest sales and support is always very helpful and responsive which I greatly value and appreciate.
